Hello mate. Found my way here after receiving your Facebook leaving 'do' invitation. Doubt I'll make it along, as it seems a little daft to reacquaint myself just to say "cheerio!" but, having munched my way through the blog (ALL the blog) since finding it this morning, I wanted to drop by and wish you well for what promises to be an epic saga.
ReplyDeleteI started training MT at the start of the year at KO Bethnal Green. I still pretty much suck at it but on those rare days when it all just comes together… oof… Crazy addictive.

DeleteLike you my Muay Thai training is still in its infancy (as you can tell from the sparring videos). I started keeping the blog as a personal journal of the training etc but after writing a few posts I realised I was pooling quite a lot of useful info for anyone considering doing the same thing. So I'm really glad you took the time to read it.
